If you need to cancel. Plans change, and we get it. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session or seminar starts, and within 24 hours of paying, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 48 hours ahead but more than 24 hours after paying, we may be able to offer a Courtesy Fee Waiver you can apply toward a future service or seminar. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start aren’t eligible for a refund or waiver, though we’re happy to try to reschedule if we can.
If you cancel an evaluation. Changed your mind? You can cancel an evaluation within 24 hours of paying and receive a full refund. We don’t begin reviewing during that first day. After 24 hours, uploading your material tells us to start right away, and once we’ve begun, the evaluation can’t be refunded or converted to a Courtesy Fee Waiver. If you haven’t uploaded anything yet, your order stays open for up to a year, and if you’d rather cancel, we may be able to offer a Courtesy Fee Waiver you can apply toward a future service or seminar.
If you can’t make it. If you haven’t joined or answered within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of your consultation, that appointment may be classified as a no-show. For phone consultations, your consultant will make reasonable attempts to reach you during those first 15 minutes. A no-show isn’t automatically eligible for a refund, waiver or replacement appointment, but we’ll make a reasonable effort to arrange one replacement appointment. If you miss that one too, we won’t be able to offer further appointments, refunds or waivers.
If you’re running late. Running a few minutes behind? Just join in as soon as you can. Your session still ends at its scheduled time, though your consultant may choose to extend it. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, we may classify the appointment as a no-show.
If we need to change or cancel. If we have to cancel or substantially reschedule your consulting session, we’ll offer you a replacement time, a Courtesy Fee Waiver, or a refund. If we cancel a seminar, move it to a different date, or shift its start by two hours or more, you can choose to attend the revised seminar, receive a Courtesy Fee Waiver, or a full refund. The 24 and 48-hour limits don’t apply when the change in schedule comes from us.
