If you need to cancel. Plans change, and we get it. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session or seminar starts, and within 24 hours of paying, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 48 hours ahead but more than 24 hours after paying, we may be able to offer a Courtesy Fee Waiver you can apply toward a future service or seminar. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start aren’t eligible for a refund or waiver, though we’re happy to try to reschedule if we can.

If we need to change or cancel. If we cancel a seminar, move it to a different date, or shift its start by two hours or more, you can choose to attend the revised seminar, receive a Courtesy Fee Waiver, or a full refund. The 24 and 48-hour limits don’t apply when the change in schedule comes from us.
